DIGITAL LABS FOR SMEs
CAPACITING SMEs IN THE AVEIRO REGION TO EXPORT
We highlight the central role of WellAdvisedCo in the AVEIRO DIGITAL EXPORT (ADE) project, promoted by AIDA CCI – Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the District of Aveiro. This project, which took place from January 2020 to March 2023, had the main objective of training SMEs in Rio Grande do Sul to export, using digital channels as a lever for digital transformation and international expansion.
As part of this ambitious program, WellAdvisedCo, in partnership with Deloitte, led and operated 60 training sessions, known as Digital Labs, which addressed critical topics for the digital transformation of SMEs. These sessions covered 14 issues crucial to business digitalization:

- E-commerce solutions & platforms;
- Content Marketing;
- Marketing Analytics;
- Social Media;
- Digital Customer Service;
- Service Design;
- User Experience;
- B2B & E-marketplaces;
- SEO & Digital Ads;
- Crypto money;
- Google Tools;
- Digital strategy.
Our consultant was responsible for preparing the presentations and managing a team of eight specialist consultants, ensuring the quality and relevance of the content presented. These sessions took place in several municipalities in Rio Grande do Sul, allowing a personalized approach close to each participating company’s needs.
This project taught hundreds of small and medium-sized companies to adopt effective digital strategies to export their products and services. They took advantage of digital channels as indispensable tools for global competitiveness. This work reflects WellAdvisedCo’s commitment to supporting the modernization and sustainable growth of the business fabric, contributing to positioning the Aveiro region as a reference in innovation and digital exports.
